Here are some free resources that you don't want
to miss (and I don't want to forget, so I'm writing
them down here...)

learn from the pro's.

The US FTC (Federal Trade Comission) has been known to
shut down commercial websites -- often for reasons
un-understandable to human beings. But some close
downs have been due to inadequate privacy policies.
If you have a site that does business in the US of A,
you should check this page out.

Fulfillment
--------------------------
I'm using Kunaki for CDs and DVDs, they produce and ship
and it is really cheap, and they have an XML-interface so
you can integrate it with your website seamlessly (I'm
using it via PHP, contact me if you'd like to purchase the
PHP scripts from me).

I don't know anything about Fulfillment central, but they come
highly recommended (leave a comment if you've tried them).
Update August 2007: I've started working with these guys and
so far it seems really good. I'll update again when things have
started rolling.

Support
--------------------------
I'm using Kayako, and I'm very happy about that solution.
It lets customer support grow with my company.

This list will grow as I do ...

Love,
Sten
